Shipping & Delivery:

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address you specify

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

Returns & Refunds

• Excluded Items: Personalized, perishable, or hygiene-related products may not be returnable

User Content:
